The staff were all so pleasant and very helpful!!! From the breakfast to the cleaning staff and especially the front desk managers. Martina went out of her way to help us arrange transportation. Daniele the night manager was helpful upon an early morning arrival. The location is right in the downtown and close to everything. Had a nice view of the park below. Look forward to staying again!

The room was a decent size and it was a good accommodation for a conference. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable and the room had extra blanket and pillow inside.

The hotel is in the city centre, just a few steps away from the main attractions of Reggio Emilia and 15-minutes away from the main train station. Also, there are nice restaurants in the area. The room was spacious and very clean. Breakfast was very good, with a good selection of cakes and croissants, and some options for those who like continental breakfast. Staff were friendly
